How shall they hear without a messenger?
Discipleship & Missions International is a nonprofit initiative that facilitates six-months trainings for Christians interested in telling others about Jesus. It includes a three-months lecture phase in East London (South Africa) and a practical/outreach phase in other locations as God leads.
Telling people what the Bible says about God's love in a friendly and respectful way. You don't have to know the whole Bible to do this - just a love for God and people. As well as a willingness to be used by God and to learn from the Bible, others who have a bit more experience, and from your mistakes. Evangelism is based on the mandate of Mark 16:15-18, which says we should go and preach the good news to all people.
This refers to the ongoing task of helping people who have made a commitment of their lives to Jesus to grow spiritually. It is based on friendly relationship involving modelling the Christian life, quality time spent together in Bible study, prayer, evangelism and other Biblical practices
